Organic Aronia juice with organic brown cane sugar – Sweet Juice and without sugar – Sour Juice

Aronia (Latin name Aronia melanocarpa) is of the genus of Rosaceae, the originates from North America where it grows in the wild. Today Aronia is grown in some Central and Eastern Europe countries especially Poland. It is harvested in the months of the 20th of August till the 10th of September. Aronia grows as a shrub. The berries are dark red, almost black, because the skin and pulp is very rich in anthocyanin, bioflavonoids and polyphenols. Aronia requires no protection with chemicals such as pesticides and requires no chemical fertilisers; therefore, it is regarded as a genuine eco-plant.
